Wedding Ceremony Music

The music for your wedding ceremony can sometimes be a hassle to plan. There are so many different kinds of music, methods of performing that music (singers, bands, solo instruments etc...), and requirements that accompany each method of performance (such as PA systems, amplification equipment, etc...). In order to determine what kind of music for your ceremony, I suggest figuring out what you would like your theme or ambiance to be for the ceremony. Would you like joyful? reflective? ethereal? sacred? You may want all of these descriptions to be a part of your wedding day, but you will need to choose one main bent for the ceremony in order to find cohesion. For example, someone looking for a extremely traditional and sacred ceremony might choose to use a lot of music by Bach (a great church composer from the Baroque era), which would not sound harmonious next to a more contemporary artist if played in the same ceremony.
